Who counts?
Count each enabled human member once across all workspaces. Bots, pending invitations and deactivated users do not count. Genuinely channel-restricted external guests are excluded by default; moving a guest to full membership adds billable capacity.
Workspace count, bot count, MCP connections, ordinary integration installs and client devices do not add software charges. Technical limits still apply independently of licensing.
The specified growth policy provides notice and an adjustment window rather than stopping existing conversations when an invitation crosses a band. Automated capacity administration is not implemented in the current release.
Renewal and other costs
Default renewal is 20% below the applicable contracted base annual price, not another discount from last year’s renewal. Agreed contract prices override catalog defaults. Normal use requires renewal; this is not a perpetual-use purchase.
Taxes, Cloudflare infrastructure, external providers and separately quoted installation, migration or contractual support services are additional. No infrastructure allowance or support SLA is included by this price table.
