Customer hosting keeps operation in your account. It comes with responsibility for the Cloudflare bill, configuration, maintenance and data protection.
The software license is separate. Normal use requires annual renewal, discounted against the applicable contracted base price. Read the source and license model.

APIs, bots, webhooks and MCP belong in Standard. The planned extension platform lets teams build private apps and connect their tools through the same permission rules as Plume itself.
The shared contracts and trusted action kernel are implemented. General third-party execution, MCP and marketplace installation remain in development.
